It’s common for the final weight and dimensions to change once packing is complete. When the accurate figures are available, our team can re-quote your shipment to secure the best rate and help you avoid inspection fees or costly carrier adjustments.
While most shipments arrive without issue, the rigors of transport can occasionally result in damage. Any loss or visible damage should be noted on the Proof of Delivery at the time of delivery and submitted to the carrier within 30 days. For concealed damage, notification must be made within 5 business days. Phoenix Logistics also offers supplemental insurance for high-value commodities to provide additional peace of mind and is here to support you through every step of the claims process.
Shipments follow the transit times published by the carrier, but you can request a delivery appointment when quoting. With this service, the carrier contacts the receiver once the shipment reaches the destination terminal to schedule delivery.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Business customers may also apply for Net terms, subject to credit approval. Please note that credit terms are not available for individuals.
You can track shipments directly through the Phoenix Logistics portal or the carrier’s website. Emails updates are also sent throughout transit, and our team is always available to answer any tracking related questions.
Yes. Shipments can be canceled prior to pickup, though a cancellation fee may apply. You can also reschedule your pickup at any time.
All carriers we work with are vetted and insured. LTL shipments include carrier liability coverage, which varies by carrier and commodity; used goods are typically limited to $0.10 per pound. Truckload carriers maintain at least $100,000 in cargo coverage.
For added peace of mind, supplemental insurance is available for new goods with a $1,000 deductible. Coverage applies to loss or damage resulting from carrier negligence and does not cover improper packaging.
Always inspect freight at delivery and note any damage or shortages on the POD. If something does go wrong, our team will help guide you through the claims process.

Every carrier in our network goes through a comprehensive vetting and onboarding process. We verify active operating authority and insurance directly with the carrier’s insurance provider, review safety and compliance history, and enforce strict qualification standards, including requirements related to operating history and MC age.
Carriers must also execute a comprehensive carrier agreement and continue to meet our compliance standards to remain in our network.
